Due to its high performance and excellent results, this training method has been practiced by athletes, firefighters, special police units and soldiers (like the Navy Seals and U.S. Marine Corps), for many years. This unique form of training is becoming ever present in the rest of the sports and it’s at a point where it’s ready to master the world of fitness. The CrossFit charms lie in the so-called scaling and modification where exercises are adapted to everyone, regardless of age and physical fitness. We train in small groups of up to twelve individuals. This contributes to the incredible motivation, dynamics of the group and personal service. Our training is not a specialized fitness program, but a targeted attempt at optimizing physical fitness in each of the ten domains of motor and functional abilities: Cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, General endurance, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility , Balance, Precision

VARYING HIGH-INTENSITY EXERCISE

This type of training is a high-intensity and constantly varying method of whole-body workout consisting of functional moves combining elements from gymnastics, weight-lifting and athletics. The aim of this method is to build a broad and general fitness and increase the physical capacity in sports and everyday life. During the training, machines are not used, but mainly Olympic bars, kettlebells, medicine balls and one’s own body weight. The training takes place in small groups of up to 12 people.

We have many rules and our members should definitely observe the following ones:

Respect – respect the equipment you use, your trainers and boundaries. Come first, and leave last. Train hard – give your 100 % and make sure you get better than yesterday. Keep an eye on your health and boundaries. Say hello, CrossFit is not a gym but a community. Approach new members and beginners and introduce yourself. Clean after yourself – after you’re done training and sweating, clean the weights, remove any stains or impurities, sweat, blood, etc…

INJURIES AND HOW TO AVOID THEM

Many CrossFit opponents warn of great possibility for injuries and dangerous moves for one’s fody. However, if you do the exercises correctly with the follow-up instruction, injuries will occur very rarely. The thing is very simple and clear: injuries are an integral part of every sport.
